afraid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Life is great. \u00a0Now companies have to make sure the printouts they arm us with are ones the company can deliver over time. \u00a0Ain\u2019t that a kick in the pants.\u00a0\u00a0Isn\u2019t this what companies were\u00a0suppose to be doing\u00a0all along. \u00a0Now Insurance companies can have significantly more costs.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0They are also\u00a0concerned about\u00a0their product having too many guarantees that\u00a0they risk the use of their tieing up reserves.\u00a0\u00a0The agents representatives and advisors are afraid that the products lose the sexiness without showing those sexy lofty returns over a long period of time.\u00a0 Now they\u00a0must illustrate more realistic interest rate hypothetical\u2019s that\u00a0 match what their experience has done.<br \/>\n<u>Good<\/u><br \/>\n1) We will have more realistic illustrations as well as our competitors will be forced to show the same.<br \/>\n2) Companies must show more realistic variable borrowing rates\u00a0than in the past<br \/>\n3) We must be more creative and understanding of our clients and prospects and provide solutions<br \/>\n4) It will force people to believe more in cash value products that have real cash in them<br \/>\n5) It\u00a0forces the unscrupulous and\/or the non educated in our industry to become a better asset to their client<br \/>\n6) Companies are buying out old guaranteed contracts and are offering lucrative conversions<\/p>\n<p><u>The Bad\u00a0<\/u><br \/>\n1) Insurers who have already taken their GUL\u2019s away now are discontinuing other products.<br \/>\n2) It makes it a little harder for ourselves to over promise and under deliver with lofty projections<br \/>\n3) Many companies are limiting the use of their historical illustrations<\/p>\n<p>The Opportunities<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Now we can do a <strong>policy review<\/strong> (we have detailed complimentary impartial analyse with in force illustrations from the in force companiy<\/li>\n<li>We can be creative and layer insurance policies for different purposes.<\/li>\n<li>These new policies that insurance companies have designed can work with interest rate assumptions or hypothetical with as little as 4.5%<\/li>\n<li>We can add LIVING BENEFITS to their policies including Critical Care LTC, disability and accelerated benefit riders that old policies don\u2019t have<\/li>\n<li>We can rescue non performing policies<\/li>\n<li>We can explore other needs like loan protection for practices, SBA loans, other loans protection<\/li>\n<li>We can leverage
